This Ethiopian is a true southern delight.  On first sip, almond and walnut coat the mouth for a clear, creamy mouth feel.  On exhale we go across the cookout spread to pecan pie and candied nuts.  A pillowy yam finish leaves an inviting, curious supple sweetness.
